Keto Low-Carb Ice Cream
Easy and simple low-carb ice cream. Requires only 5 ingredients and can be served as a snack or a dessert.
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 3 tbsp Butter Grass-fed, Unsweetened
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Sugar-free powdered sweetener Allulose or erythritol
- 1/4 cup MCT oil optional
Melt butter in a large saucepan on a medium heat then add heavy cream and powdered sweetener. Mix and leave it until it boils. Then leave it for 30-50 minutes until it cools down. You will get a sugar-free condensed milk.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl then add vanilla extract, MCT oil, and your favorite flavor (if you have any) and mix until it becomes smooth.
You can form your ice cream however you want. Then freeze it for 5-6 hours
If you have an ice cream maker
