Easy and simple low-carb ice cream. Requires only 5 ingredients and can be served as a snack or a dessert.

  • Ice Cream Maker (optional)
  • Sauce pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Butter Grass-fed, Unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-free powdered sweetener Allulose or erythritol
  • 1/4 cup MCT oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan on a medium heat then add heavy cream and powdered sweetener. Mix and leave it until it boils. Then leave it for 30-50 minutes until it cools down. You will get a sugar-free condensed milk.
  • Pour the mixture into a large bowl then add vanilla extract, MCT oil, and your favorite flavor (if you have any) and mix until it becomes smooth.
  • You can form your ice cream however you want. Then freeze it for 5-6 hours

If you have an ice cream maker

  • Transfer the mixture into your ice cream maker and chur.
  • You can serve it immediately or it's better to freeze it before.
