Not all cookies should be baked. In fact, peanut butter cookies are very delicious and can be easily made in less than 5 minutes with simple ingredients and no oven needed. Also, they can be keto-friendly.

But what if you don’t have that much time, like most of us, and you love cookies at the same time? No worries. There is always a way to quickly prepare delicious and keto-friendly cookies just like these.

What Are No-Bake Cookies?

It might be the first time you hear about it but it’s possible. In fact, no-bake cookies are simple cookies prepared and shaped into a regular form but not put in the oven.

The only difference is in the amount of each ingredient you put because we don’t want a creamy cookie. If you follow the instructions here carefully you will get a firm delicious cookie.

How To Make Sugar-free Cookies?

We don’t need sugar on a keto diet. That’s why all recipes should be sugar-free.

Cookies require flour to be prepared. The most common one is wheat flour but we have to change it because it’s not keto-friendly. The one we are going to use here is almond flour.

Other than that, we have to make sure that every ingredient is sugar-free and does not contain any added nutrients that might spike your glycemic index.

How To Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies?

As I mentioned before, this is one of the simplest recipes out there. You just have to mix things together and shape your cookies.

This is good if you are in a hurry. I recommend making some extra cookies for more than one day. Take 2-3 for your snack and put the rest in the fridge.

All you need is:

  • Almond Flour
  • Creamy Peanut butter
  • Almond milk
  • Sugar-free sweetener

Ingredients For The Recipe

+Almond Flour

This is to substitute the common wheat flour. It’s sugar-free and provides a lot of nutrients coming from the almond.

It’s the one ingredient responsible for giving us the dough that we need to call it a cookie. However, we can substitute it with coconut flour which is also keto-friendly.

+Creamy Peanut Butter

This is the most important ingredient. It provides the taste of the cookie, that’s why we need to choose the best possible.

Make sure you purchase peanut butter with no added sugar and creamy. Why creamy? To make it easier to form a dough by mixing the ingredients.

+Unsweetened Almond Milk

If some milk can add a little bit to the form and the taste it is better to be unsweetened. Always check the label before you purchase it. Also, you can substitute it with other nut milk like coconut milk.

+Sugar-Free Sweetener

This is optional but if you want your cookies to be sweet you can add it. In fact, there are a lot of keto-friendly sugar substitutes that you can add to any keto-friendly food. Stevia and Monk fruit are two of them and my favorite ones on the list. But, there still a lot of option and the list is large.


  1. Put the peanut butter, a cup of almond flour, and 3-4 Tbsp of almond milk all in one bowl
  2. You can add sweetener of your choice
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until they form a thick dough
  4. Form the dough into balls using your hands
  5. Cut the balls into as many pieces as you can get
  6. Use plate forms or your hands to make the form of cookies
  7. Put in the freezer
  8. Enjoy

Pro Tip: It’s better to avoid snacks on a keto diet in order to lose weight. These cookies are snacks, so to make sure you don’t overeat, prepare a few cookies (2 or 3).
