Once you have your skillet ready, it’s time to cook.
First of all, put a skillet on medium heat and add grass-fed butter. Then add cream cheese, almond milk, and garlic powder to the skillet. Whisk the mixture until a sauce has formed.
At last, top the skillet with chicken and cheese and cook until it melts. After that, transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Green Chili Chicken Casserole
- 4 Chicken Breasts Boneless and skinless
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarrella cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 4 oz chilis Chopped
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
- Preheat the oven at 375°F
- In a medium pan, mix cream cheese with cheddar cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and almond milk until combined and leave it on medium heat.
- Meanwhile, grill the chicken in a skillet. And don't forget to stir the pan while cooking your chicken.
- Once the chicken is ready and the mix in the pan is firm and creamy, you can add them to the baking pan.
- Feel free to top the casserole with cheese, mozzarella, or chili spices.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
