Well, cheese has it all. It is carb-free, high in protein, and slightly higher in fats. 3.5 ounces of cheddar cheese contains 7g of carbs and 9g of fats (*).

As we mentioned before, this recipe is extremely simple. You need to bake cheddar cheese or mozzarella for 7 minutes and then let it cool for 5 minutes.
However, cheddar cheese alone will get you decent keto cheese crisps. So, if you want the most delicious recipe possible you have to add some changes.
In this case, you have to add some flavors like pepper or paprika. Also, you can prepare a keto-friendly dip sauce for your chips. There are a lot of options also here.
How To Store Keto Cheese Crisp?
Once they are out of the oven, these cheese chips will be crispy and fresh. This is the best time to eat them.

- Baking sheets
- 10 oz Cheddar cheese shredded or Mozarrella
- Black pepper (optional) or paprika powder
- Preheat the oven at 400°F
- On baking sheets, drop some cheddar cheese leaving 1-2 inches between each heap
- Sprinkle some of your chosen flavour
- Put it in the oven for 7 minutes and then let it cool for about 6 minutes before serving.
