- Or Milk Frother
- 1 cup Coffee hot, brewed
- 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp grass-fed butter unsalted
- 1 tbsp Heavy cream optional
- Sugar-free sweetener optional
- Mix butter with heavy cream and MCT oil (or coconut oil) in a cup
- Pour hot brewed coffee on it
- Put it in the blender and blend until a foam appears. (Or you can use milk frother)
- Sweeten your coffee
- Serve immediately. Better when it's hot.
