  • Blender
  • Or Milk Frother


  • 1 cup Coffee hot, brewed
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Heavy cream optional
  • Sugar-free sweetener optional


  • Mix butter with heavy cream and MCT oil (or coconut oil) in a cup
  • Pour hot brewed coffee on it
  • Put it in the blender and blend until a foam appears. (Or you can use milk frother)
  • Sweeten your coffee
  • Serve immediately. Better when it's hot.
