Welcome y’all! I’m Ben, an originally African guy with unfortunate genetics and a “TOUGH LUCK”, being able to achieve the shape of my dreams. Most days, you’ll find me in the gym lying on the bench, sweating on my last rep but able to draw a big smile on my face … For six years, I was capable of helping so many people attaining what they deserve and I’m taking this mission internationally. I grew up as a scrawny, weak little boy who was always fascinated by some actors’ aesthetic physiques and I thought to myself that if I just start working out I’ll be just like them and that’s how my journey started. Flash forward… That didn’t go as I wanted, what I didn’t realize is that I don’t have stunning genetics and I didn’t want to cheat on my way by using drugs or steroids… From that point, I discovered some habits and principles that if you apply you’ll get faster and better results.

My Story With Keto Diet

As a skinny guy, I was always concerned about gaining weight. 

Luckily, I achieved my goal but I found myself always wanting to eat more and to get bigger and bigger. So, I developed a very big appetite for eating.

Flash forward, I gained a lot of fat and Sadly I lost my abs for the first time in my life. It was a continuous struggle for me to lose weight, until I finally got introduced to the low-carb lifestyle.

At that time, I decided to try keto for a month but after seeing the impact it had on me mentally and physically, I decided to adapt it as my lifestyle. And that’s why, I highly recommend keto not just as a diet but also as a lifestyle.

I have been on low-carbs since then. Not always on keto because I had some high protein daily intakes, but my meals are now low in carbs and high in fats.
