Making changes in the keto diet includes even your drinks. If you are a caffeine addict you can enjoy your coffee as long as it is keto-friendly. In this case, Starbucks can be your best friend or your greatest enemy.

#12 White Drink

If you look in the Starbucks menu for hours or if you search on the website you won’t find the White Drink. It’s in the secret menu, which means you have to know how to order in order to get it.

Luckily, this secret drink is also keto-friendly. You just have to order a Teavana Shaken Peach Citrus White Tea Infusion, then specify that it’s not sweet. Ask for a splash of heavy cream and 2-4 pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup. Finally, add ice to the drink.

#13 Iced London Fog Latte

Even though most latte drinks are filled with carbs, this one can be fixed by applying some changes.

London Fog is a delicious and enjoyable drink. It is basically made of steamed milk and earl grey tea. But, in order to make it keto-friendly, ask for earl grey tea, some heavy cream instead of milk, and some pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup.
