I’m Ben, an originally African guy with unfortunate genetics and a “TOUGH LUCK”, being able to achieve the shape of my dreams. Most days, you’ll find me in the gym lying on the bench, sweating on my last rep but able to draw a big smile on my face … For six years, I was capable of helping so many people attaining what they deserve and I’m taking this mission internationally. I grew up as a scrawny, weak little boy who was always fascinated by some actors’ aesthetic physiques and I thought to myself that if I just start working out I’ll be just like them and that’s how my journey started. Flash forward… That didn’t go as I wanted, what I didn’t realize is that I don’t have stunning genetics and I didn’t want to cheat on my way by using drugs or steroids… From that point, I discovered some habits and principles that if you apply you’ll get faster and better results
